Admission Process

  1. ) Admission

Admissions are open for classes Nursery to IX and XI, with limited seats available. For other classes, admissions will depend on seat availability. The announcement for the registration form can be found on the school website. Please note that registration does not guarantee admission. If any incorrect information is provided or if documentation is incomplete, admission may be canceled upon discovery.

b. ) Registration

A child seeking admission must register their name at the school office during January or February. Registration will be conducted for shortlisted candidates based on the criteria set by the GVES school authorities and the availability of seats. The minimum age for admission to Nursery is 3 years as of March 31 of the academic session in which admission is sought. For Class I, the minimum age is 6 years on March 31 of the admission year, with the age requirement increasing for higher classes.

The Principal reserves the right to deny admission even after selection if it is deemed in the best interest of the institution. Parents are requested to be present with the child during the interview process. Students applying for admission to Class II or higher must submit a Transfer Certificate and the progress report from their previous school. Parents or guardians seeking admission for their child in classes Nursery to V must also provide the child’s birth certificate issued by the appropriate authority, along with an affidavit. It is essential that parents accurately register their child’s date of birth, as no applications for changes to names or dates of birth will be accepted by the office. Additionally, students transferring from other states or boards must have their Transfer Certificates countersigned by the relevant educational authority of that state before submitting them to the office.
